Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time/PRN Landscape Crew Member to assist with lawn care and landscaping jobs on an as-needed basis. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and can help our team complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

Job Duties May Include

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off properties
• Mulch, rock, pine bark, and landscape bed installation
• Pulling weeds and cleaning up flower beds
• Leaf cleanup and seasonal property maintenance
• Shrub trimming and basic landscape maintenance
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials
• Assisting with cleanup after each job
• Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude with customers and team members
• Following safety procedures while using equipment and working on job sites

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard
• Must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 50+ pounds as needed
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team
