We specialize in designing and building high-quality outdoor spaces, including paver patios, retaining walls, artificial turf, drainage systems, irrigation, outdoor lighting, plant installations, and complete landscape renovations.

Job Description

As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you will work alongside our team to build custom residential landscape projects from start to finish. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to learn a wide variety of landscape construction skills while working on high-end outdoor spaces.

This is a physically demanding position that requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to producing high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, and driveways
• Build retaining walls using concrete block, natural stone, and boulders
• Install artificial turf
• Install irrigation and drainage systems
• Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Install decorative rock, mulch, edging, and landscape lighting
• Perform grading and site preparation
• Safely operate hand tools and landscape construction equipment
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Follow instructions from the Crew Lead while maintaining company quality standards
• Represent Puskas Landscape & Design LLC professionally when interacting with homeowners
