Landscape Laborer

We are currently hiring Entry-Level to Mid-Level Landscape Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become full-time/permanent based on performance, reliability, and project demand.

This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a career in landscape construction. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of construction tasks while working alongside experienced crew members.

Responsibilities

• Trenching and excavation
• Grading and site preparation
• Irrigation system installation and repairs
• Drainage installation
• Material handling and equipment operation
• General landscape construction and job site cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications

• Entry-level to mid-level experience in construction or landscape construction preferred
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required

Please Note: This is a Landscape Construction position. This is NOT a landscape maintenance job. Applicants should be interested in construction work, including installing irrigation, drainage systems, grading, trenching, and other construction-related tasks.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
