Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces pristine and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Support planting projects by preparing soil, planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing garden features
• Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush greenery
• Aid in hardscape construction projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry features
• Conduct tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and removal while ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance during daily operations

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
