Landscape Laborer – $19–$25/hr – Full Time + Overtime (Southington, CT)

Winterberry Gardens is hiring Landscape Laborers to join our maintenance crew servicing residential and commercial properties.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to work full-time hours during the busy season.

Job Duties

• Assist with mowing, weed whacking, and general landscape maintenance
• Apply mulch and topsoil
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Support Foreman with daily tasks and assignments

Requirements

• Ability to work 40+ hours per week (including weekends when needed)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
