Position Overview

The Landscaper – Installation Technician performs landscape construction and installation work as part of a professional installation crew. This role is responsible for installing planting, irrigation systems, hardscape features, and other landscape elements while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• install trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and desert-adapted plants
• install irrigation systems and drainage components
• install pavers, edging, artificial turf, rock, and other landscape features
• prepare job sites through grading, excavation, and material placement
• operate landscaping tools and light equipment safely
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• work efficiently with the Crew Lead and team to complete projects on schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred
• ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Nevada summer heat
• familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment or willingness to learn
• reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
