Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Landscape Technician (foreman) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor environments through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Duties

• Supervises crew for quality control
• Operate Truck with trailer, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.
• Conduct lawn care activities including fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush turf growth.
• Maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision.
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to support healthy growth and safety.
• Implement irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Support seasonal tasks such as gardening projects during spring and summer.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
• Experience with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices. (irrigation, paver, & turf experience welcome)
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery like excavators are a plus but not mandatory.
