Landscape Foreman

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscape Foreman to join our growing landscaping and horticulture team in Boulder. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is ready to lead projects from start to finish.

As a small but growing company, we value team members who are dependable, proactive, and enjoy collaborating closely with both leadership and crew members. You'll work directly with the owner to plan, manage, and execute a variety of landscape projects, with a focus on irrigation, hardscaping, and overall site management.

What You'll Do

• Lead and participate in landscape installation and improvement projects
• Manage day-to-day job site operations and coordinate crew activities
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
• Execute hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and related features
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and company leadership
