Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, lawn care, irrigation installation, and landscape construction
• Lead a team of crew members by providing clear instructions, training, and ongoing support to ensure productivity and safety
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all landscaping activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded
• Conduct quality inspections of work completed and implement improvements as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong knowledge of plant health and garden management
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening techniques, and landscape construction processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide crew members toward shared goals
