Landscape Foreman

Overview

In need of a Landscape Foreman to lead and take charge in creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments! In this energetic role, you will oversee landscaping projects, supervise crews, and ensure that every detail—from lawn care to tree trimming—is executed with precision and passion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care projects.
• Lead and motivate crew members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
• Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including planting, irrigation setup, and construction tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Manage equipment maintenance, ensuring all tools and machinery are in optimal condition.
• Provide guidance on tree care, horticulture practices, and sustainable landscaping techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or gardening roles with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care, irrigation systems, tree care, and general construction practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
