Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation management across various construction projects.
• Lead and manage a crew of landscapers and horticulturists, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Oversee plant identification, tree care, gardening tasks, and general horticultural practices to promote healthy growth and vibrant landscapes.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain sod, plants, trees and other materials to ensure quality control.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and materials necessary for landscape operations while managing budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor construction projects with demonstrated supervisory or team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, lawn care techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening principles.
