Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape crew members to ensure efficient completion of projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance outdoor aesthetics
• Execute construction activities like installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Provide tree care services including pruning, planting, and removal while ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Support ongoing gardening and horticulture efforts by planting new flora, maintaining beds, and managing seasonal plantings

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor work environments
• Supervising experience preferred; ability to lead teams effectively and motivate others
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, and general gardening skills
• Familiarity with construction processes involving hardscape installation and landscape features
