Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Manage a team of landscape crew members by assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance
• Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and vitality
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
• Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspections and proper maintenance procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements
