• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive.
• Assist in landscaping projects such as planting beds, installing hardscapes, laying sod, and constructing features like fences or patios.
• Manage lawn care routines including fertilization, aeration, weed control, and irrigation system adjustments to promote lush growth.
• Conduct tree care activities such as pruning, cabling, or removal while adhering to safety standards and environmental best practices.
• Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspections and proper upkeep to ensure optimal performance on every job.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to plan project details, troubleshoot issues on-site, and deliver exceptional results.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and soil management.
• Supervising experience leading teams in landscaping or construction projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques including fertilization, pest control, aeration, and irrigation systems.
