Landscape Crew Lead

Job Summary

No boring mowing Planting and some hardscape

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and company policies
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills in horticulture, aquatics, and hardscape
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met on time
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping
• Strong background in horticulture, and construction projects
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping operations

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
