Overview

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee the coordination, documentation, and financial performance of commercial landscape construction projects from contract through closeout.

This role focuses on project setup, documentation, procurement, coordination, and financial management while working closely with operations and field teams throughout execution.

This is a detail-driven PM role focused on contracts, submittals, procurement, and project readiness, with field involvement for coordination and quality verification rather than daily crew supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex landscape construction projects and understands how landscape projects are built in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project handoff from estimating to project management
• Review contracts, scope, and project requirements for accuracy and risk
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with GCs, project teams, and clients to resolve project questions
• Procure materials and align purchasing with project timelines
• Develop project timelines for procurement and installation readiness
• Build and maintain project systems, documentation, and workflows to support efficient execution
• Track budgets, job costs, and change orders to maintain profitability
• Manage and price change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval
• Support billing processes, including schedule of values (SOV) and invoicing
• Maintain organized and accurate project files across all active projects
