Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

We here at MGS are currently looking for FULL TIME or SEASONAL employees to work in the professional landscape industry. We are a small business that has built itself solely on a positive customer experience and a great place to work for all members of our team. We enjoy working outside the reward of looking back on the projects we construct and the landscapes we maintain with pride. We have also added an excavation and site work division to our company, so you can be assured that you can grow right along with us.

We are a local family owned business that is located in southern Albany County and serves much of the capital area and the Hill-town area. Both owners of the business work right along side our team members each and every day.

Knowledge in areas of building & maintaining landscapes; lawn care and maintenance, spring /fall clean ups, mulching, edging, weeding, hedge trimming and snow removal is recommended. However we as a company are willing to help, train, and teach our new team members to become the best they can be and diversify their skill set. Winter operations include commercial and residential snow and ice management along with shop/equipment maintenance. As much of our work takes place outside and is weather dependent, the winters are slower but do contain a lighter project load, but always a change of scenery.

Valid drivers License is required to drive company trucks.

Rate of pay and benefits are negotiable and based on experience.

Start time is flexible but onboarding before the busy season is our goal.
