Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Crews: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to promote a safe, productive, high-quality work environment.
• Manage Projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, efficiently, and in accordance with Alpine Reflections' quality standards.
• Read & Execute Plans: Interpret landscape design plans to bring concepts to life, with a strong ability to read layouts, see grade, and manage site transitions.
• Coordinate Daily Operations: Proactively schedule and organize daily and weekly job activities, including equipment, materials, and crews.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with managers, designers, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to keep projects on schedule.
• Track Job Progress: Document daily site progress, submit time-and-materials records, and accurately process purchase order receipts using our software.
