Landscape Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, hardscaping, and sprinkler installation. The crew member will work under the supervision of a crew leader and contribute to the overall success of our landscaping projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig holes for planting shrubs/trees and irrigation materials.
• Install sprinklers
• Help build retaining walls, paver patios, and other hardscape projects
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Run some equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and cutting tools.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles and plant care techniques is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
