Landscape Installation Foreman

Position

Small high-end landscape design build firm looking for a full time crew leader. Specializing in custom residential landscapes, Gradient Landscapes focuses on craftsmanship and quality of work above all else. As a small and collaborative crew, we work together in a fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Working daily with the project manager overseeing the implementation of landscape construction projects while managing (2-4) crew members. It is the responsibility of the crew leader to keep all crew members on task and productive while coordinating project materials, labor requirements, and project changes with the project manager.

The project manager and crew leader work on site daily with all other crew members ensuring the hands on lead by example company culture is upheld at all times.

In addition to managing an efficient workflow throughout the day, the crew leader will be responsible for coordinating weekly installation schedules with the project manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Landscape crew leader or foreman experience required, minimum 3 years.
• A demonstrated attention to detail, ability to learn as you go, hard work ethic, and ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute drawn landscape plans
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with crew members, contractors, and clients.
• Minimum 3 years equipment experience: Skid Steer, Mini excavator, truck and trailer.

Our typical operating season runs from mid March - Early December

Compensation

Pay is D.O.E. and competitive, an annual salary option is available.
