Key Responsibilities

• Perform Installation Work: Complete landscape construction tasks throughout all stages of a project, including patios and walkways, retaining walls, tree and shrub planting, irrigation systems, sod installation, landscape lighting, etc.
• Operate Tools & Equipment: Safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including skid steers and mini excavators (when trained).
• Work with Precision: Complete tasks professionally and in accordance with Alpine Reflections' quality standards.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with supervisors, managers, and fellow crew members.
• Support the Team: Contribute to a safe, productive, and professional work environment.
• Work Outdoors: Perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions and job-site environments.
