Job Summary

Vince's Landscaping, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Estimator & Project Consultant to join our team in Martinez, CA.

We specialize in high-quality residential outdoor construction projects, including hardscape, drainage, irrigation, planting, retaining walls, lighting, grading, concrete, pavers, and complete landscape renovations.

This position is primarily an estimating role, responsible for preparing accurate budgets, proposals, and project scopes that help projects move efficiently from concept to construction. In addition, this individual will spend a portion of their time meeting with prospective clients, discussing project goals, and helping guide projects through the proposal process.

For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to gradually take on additional client-facing and sales responsibilities as the role evolves.

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
• $75,000 - $115,000 annually DOE
