Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated, Experienced Gardener / Landscaper/ Plant Care Specialist to join our plant care team, responsible for maintaining and servicing large-scale commercial Apple Inc. properties in Culver City, California. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drought-tolerant plants, commercial irrigation systems, and landscape construction with a strong background in both landscape maintenance and installation, as well as experience sourcing plant materials and irrigation components.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial landscapes, including leaf blowing, pruning, planting, and general upkeep.
• Install new landscapes, including plants, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
• Source and procure plant materials, irrigation parts, and hardscape materials.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and crew members as needed.
• Document work performed and communicate findings and recommendations to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service across all client sites.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
• Assist other company coordinated plant care events as scheduled to service our client.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, and construction.
• Knowledge of organic pest control is a plus.
• Strong understanding of drought-tolerant plant species and sustainable landscaping practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Horticultural knowledge and experience with interior plants is a plus.
