Landscape Sales Consultant – Paid Training + High-Ticket Commission (Phoenix Metro)

About the Role

KO's Landscaping is hiring 2 Landscape Sales Consultants to join our team and help grow our high-ticket install division — artificial turf, pavers, travertine, irrigation, full yard renovations, and demo work. This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to build a real income in outside sales, not just pick up a temporary gig.

You'll start with paid training to learn our process, our pricing, our product, and how we sell — then move into a commission structure built to reward closers. Full pay details are discussed in the interview.

• You have sales experience and know how to read a client, build trust, and close

• You're comfortable meeting homeowners in person, presenting pricing, and asking for the close

• Landscape, home improvement, or high-ticket sales background preferred but not required — attitude and work ethic matter more

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners for consultations and site walks
• Understand client goals, budget, and vision
• Present pricing and design concepts with confidence
• Handle objections and close signed contracts
• Communicate with our operations team to set jobs up for success
• Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline

What You Will NOT Be Responsible For

• Purchasing materials
• Scheduling or supervising crews
• Operating equipment
• Managing company vehicles
• Paying for your own leads or marketing
