We’re looking for experienced landscape construction and hardscape installation team members who already have a solid foundation in the trade and are ready to perform with increasing independence, responsibility, and pride.

What You’ll Do

• Execute landscape and hardscape installation work with quality and precision
• Perform skilled installation work with minimal supervision
• Read plans, follow specifications, and maintain Munro Outdoor standards
• Assist with paver patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage, softscape, landscape lighting, pools, spas, and outdoor living projects
• Safely operate tools and equipment required for landscape construction
• Help solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward
• Support crew success through communication, teamwork, and accountability
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized jobsite

What We’re Looking For

• Landscape construction or hardscape installation experience
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, drainage, or similar installation work
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality results
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and proper tool use
• Good communication and a team-first mindset
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and ready to grow
