is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our professional landscaping team. We build high-quality residential and commercial landscape projects throughout Central Illinois, including patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and complete landscape installations.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of professional landscape construction experience (required)
• Experience installing paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, or drainage systems
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and dependable work history
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
• Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and other landscape materials
• Perform grading, excavation, drainage installation, and site preparation
• Complete finish grading, mulching, and final project detailing
• Safely operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and landscape tools
• Read and follow landscape plans and job instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work efficiently as part of a professional landscape construction crew
• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service
