Landscape and Construction Crew Member

We are seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Landscape and Construction Crew Member to join our general construction team. You will play a key role in all phases of new home construction, helping us uphold our reputation for excellence in the West Pointe and Circle H communities.

Location

Our office is conveniently located on Macarthur Drive, just off Butler Creek Road, with easy access to the airport and a short commute from Missoula and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Landscape and Construction Crew Member Duties

• Perform a wide variety of tasks across all phases of single-family home and light commercial construction and development.
• Operate heavy equipment, including skid steers and telehandlers, as well as pull trailers and transport materials.
• Install landscaping and fencing, retaining walls and irrigation systems.
• Seasonal snow removal
• Maintain construction site cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist the Site Foreman with daily tasks to keep projects on track.
