2026 Landscape Foreman

New Sky specializes in custom residential and neighborhood development landscape construction as well as commercial landscape construction. We have projects in the Gallatin Valley and Big Sky areas. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a landscape construction background with a minimum of three years managing crews.

New Sky is rapidly growing and there is opportunity for professional growth within the company. We invest in our employees by providing them with the necessary training and support that allows the employees to excel at their position.

The season typically starts the first week in April and runs through November. Our typical work week is Monday – Friday, working 40 hours with the opportunity for overtime.

The foreman responsibilities include and are not limited to

· Daily safety briefings

· Maintaining the project schedule

· Leading the crews working on the project

· Daily project recap with the Field Manager

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, CDL is a bonus, and be insurable.

The candidate must be willing to travel to all jobsites in the Gallatin Valley and Big Sky, transportation is provided.

The candidate will be reliable and on time to work daily, being provided with a weekly schedule by the Field Manager. The candidate should be willing to work in all weather conditions, take directions from the Field Manager, and always keep safety a priority.

A successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ experience in the landscape construction industry. A successful candidate will also have advanced knowledge and understanding of irrigation installation, plant material, hardscape installation and how to properly operate equipment with emphasis on safety. The candidate should also have proven leadership experience in previous work history.

Hourly wage is between $30 and $35 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime is offered as well as 6 paid holidays.
