Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators.
• Conduct routine inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, pruning, and general landscaping to support healthy growth
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues within irrigation and landscape systems and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, system layouts, and parts used for each project or service call.
• Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects to ensure timely completion while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an irrigation technician or in landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of irrigation systems.
• Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, piping, pumps, valves, and electrical components used in irrigation setups.
• Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscaping techniques, and horticultural principles.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery such as excavators.
