What You'll Do: Assist in building patios, walkways, and outdoor structures Use tools and equipment to complete projects Perform physical outdoor work as part of a crew Follow instructions from foreman and team leads Maintain clean and safe job sites

Compensation: $20–$26/hour Overtime available End-of-year bonus

What We're Looking For: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable with physical, outdoor work Reliable and team-oriented Any construction or landscaping experience is a plus Positive attitude and coachability
