Hardscape Installer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our team completing outdoor hardscape projects on residential job sites. As a key member in our team, you will be responsible for the installation of patios, sidewalks, retaining walls and other related items. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while working on diverse and challenging projects.

Duties

• Join our crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
• Coordinate with team members to align schedules and resources.
• Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading and base installation.
• Install necessary products such as pavers, stone, structural block, etc.
• Operate handheld and heavy machinery equipment to fulfill the task at hand.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Lift 80+ lbs throughout the work day.
• May work on other masonry-related projects, allowing you to expand your skillset.

Experience

• Existing knowledge of hardscape installation through prior experience.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry/hardscape work.
• Strong background in landscaping, masonry or other related trades.
• Ability to work with teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship.

Pay ranges from $24.00 - $30.00/hour depending on experience.
