Garrick-Santo Landscape Co is hiring a Hardscape Installer to help build quality paver, wall block, and concrete projects with a team that cares about craftsmanship, safety, and doing the job right the first time.

This full-time field role is based out of Wilmington, MA and serves clients across Greater Boston and the North Shore.

Responsibilities

--------------------

• Install pavers, wall block, and concrete as part of the Enhancement Install team
• Assist with site prep, base installation, compaction, setting, cutting, finishing, and cleanup
• Help maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsites
• Follow quality standards and protect client property throughout the job
• Work efficiently with the crew to keep projects on pace without cutting corners
• Care for tools, equipment, and materials on site
• Communicate early about issues, damage, or jobsite concerns

Qualifications

------------------

• 3+ years of hardscape installation experience preferred
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, and concrete work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
• Ability to work well with a crew and follow field leadership
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
