Job Overview

Looking for someone I can build around to expand and run a second crew. We do Pavers, retaining walls, etc. In the summer we will do remodeling and fireplaces. Must have valid DL

Responsibilities

• Able to install Unilock, Belgard and Menards products.
• Prepare job sites by setting up forms, grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage before installation begins.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install materials such as pavers, bricks, stone, concrete, and masonry elements.
• Install retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with team members to manage heavy equipment operation, material fabrication, and site restoration activities.
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, saws; power tools including drills, grinders, compactors; heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction inspection processes to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attention to detail
• Able to run a crew of 3
• Strong understanding of safety practices on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Join us in creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
