Handyman/Groundskeeper

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our property. This energetic role involves performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks to ensure a well-kept environment that meets high standards of quality and safety. with a passion for creating a welcoming and well-maintained space for residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Maintain landscaping and grounds by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and managing irrigation systems
• Execute residential painting projects to improve exterior and interior appearances
