Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team! The right candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping our properties looking sharp year-round, and is comfortable operating a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mow and edge lawns, trim shrubs, prune trees, and maintain all landscaped areas across dealership properties
• Operate powered equipment including riding mowers, tractors, tillers, snow blowers, Bobcat machinery, and utility vehicles
• Clear sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots of snow and ice; apply salt and deicer as needed
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides using hand or automatic sprayers and spreaders
• Conduct regular property inspections; repair fences, fill holes, and remove debris and trash from grounds
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and structures using hand and power tools
• Clean windows, maintain outdoor lighting fixtures, and assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed
• Weekend availability required, including Saturdays and Sundays

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate a variety of power equipment safely and precisely
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures
