Position Overview

This role combines operational leadership with client-facing sales responsibilities. You’ll oversee daily grounds maintenance activities, manage crews, ensure service quality, and build strong relationships with clients. You’ll also identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate grounds maintenance crews across multiple sites
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled services with high quality standards
• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance
• Train and mentor team members on safety and best practices

Sales & Client Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Conduct site assessments and prepare service proposals
• Identify enhancement opportunities and new business leads
• Provide accurate bids based on project scope, timelines, and client requirements
• Attend networking events and industry functions to promote services

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales or client-facing experience in a service-based industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software is a plus

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
