Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman, Landscape Installation, to lead our landscape installation crews. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety, and drive efficiency across all phases of landscape installation.

Duties

• Supervise and manage landscape installation crews on various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including planting, lawn care, irrigation management, tree care, and gardening tasks
• Ensure proper plant identification and horticultural practices are followed for healthy growth and sustainable landscapes
• Manage crew performance through training, mentorship, and constructive feedback to foster a motivated team environment
• Maintain safety standards by enforcing company policies and conducting regular safety inspections
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met with precision

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising landscape or construction projects with a focus on landscaping or horticulture
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, irrigation systems, tree care, and gardening practices
