Hotel Groundskeeper

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our outdoor spaces. In this energetic position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the hotel’s grounds are pristine, and inviting for guests and staff alike

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel’s grounds by keeping them free of trash and debris.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, power washers, etc.
• Maintain trash removal inside and outside of the hotel.
• Pull weeds in flower beds as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds for hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by hotel management or the ownership of the hotel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning and groundskeeping.
• Ability to operate carpet cleaners, power washers, as needed.
• Ability to work in hot or cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to grounds care and maintenance.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.25 per hour
