Minimum Qualifications

: * Has a minimum of one year experience in plants and chemicals. * Is able to read, write, and effectively communicate the English language; is able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to assure that the requirements of this position can be fully met. * Has a valid driver’s license and maintains auto insurance. * Moves equipment and/or supplies weighing up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis, and over 100 pounds occasionally. * Able and willing to work independently with flexibility and integrity, as well as effectively and harmoniously with team members, residents, family members, volunteers, contractors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. * Must be fully up-to-date with required vaccinations.

As a *Groundskeeper* you can expect to: * Performs day to day grounds functions as assigned. Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments. * Assures that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner, and that all tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored. * Is responsible for all snow removal and salting of parking lots and walkways. * Assures that all ERS grounds are cleaned daily and maintained in a safe manner.
