Foreman, Landscape Installation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Installation, to lead and oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape installation crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Oversee all phases of landscape projects including planting, grading, irrigation, lawn care, and hardscape installation
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to clarify project specifications and resolve issues promptly
• Manage project materials, equipment, and tools to optimize productivity and minimize waste
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee high standards of craftsmanship
• Provide leadership in landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, gardening, and maintenance tasks

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in landscape installation or related construction fields
• Strong knowledge of landscaping principles including planting, hardscape install, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance
• Expertise in horticulture, tree care, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
