Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Hardscape, to lead and oversee the installation, construction, and maintenance of hardscape elements within landscape projects. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape hardscape crews, including stonework, paver installation, retaining walls, patios, and other structural features.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and deliver high-quality results that exceed expectations.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction to maintain craftsmanship standards.
• Manage materials procurement and inventory for hardscape projects to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide mentorship and training to crew members on techniques related to landscaping, construction, irrigation integration, tree care, gardening, horticulture practices, and maintenance tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience supervising landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or construction teams with a focus on hardscape elements.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, gardening, horticulture principles, and irrigation systems.
