Driver / Landscape Laborer

M Park Landscape Management is seeking reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborers / Drivers to join our team. We specialize in commercial landscape maintenance (specifically car dealerships across Orange and LA counties) maintenance for HOAs, municipalities, and private commercial properties.

This is NOT residential work. Our standards, pace, and expectations reflect a professional commercial operation.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, trimming) Operate trucks with attached trailers and transport crew/equipment safely Assist with irrigation checks and very minor repairs Maintain clean and professional job sites Follow directions from site foremen and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (REQUIRED for driver role) -Ability to speak Spanish and at least some English (bilingual) -Experience in commercial landscaping preferred -Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions -Strong work ethic and reliability -Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor -Must be punctual and ready to work
