Gardener/Landscaper

Job Overview

Seeking gardener with experience in general maintenance; knowledge in sprinkler systems, nightlighting, etc. Must have reliable vehicle, Calif. drivers license and clean driving record. Prefer employee that has his own tools (blower, mover, hedger, edger) to maintain our new landscape installs. P/T to F/T work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for lawns, shrubs, trees
• Troubleshoot, repair and install irrigation systems
• Prune and trim trees
• Fertilize
• Nightlighting repair and installation

Experience

• MUST HAVE experience in gardening; hedging, blowing, trimming, mowing.
• MUST HAVE experience with irrigation systems, wiring controllers
• Should have your own tools and reliable truck
• Hands-on experience with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers or blowers
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to lift at least 60 lbs.
• Clean driving record
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep

This position is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail oriented employee to run his own crew and manage accounts of his own, earning a commission for enhancements.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
