Driver/Foreman -Irrigation & Landscaping Crew

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Driver/Foreman to lead our irrigation and landscaping crew. This energetic role combines skilled driving with hands-on leadership, ensuring that all landscaping and irrigation projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a key team leader, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and maintain the quality of landscape maintenance and irrigation tasks. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy environments while fostering a motivated and cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Lead and supervise landscaping & irrigation projects from start to finish.
• Oversee irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal water efficiency.
• Coordinate assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicles, trailers, and other equipment to ensure safe operation
• Load, secure,transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Report any vehicle or equipment maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean & organized truck & trailer.
• Proven experience in landscaping & irrigation
• Supervising experience in landscaping & irrigation
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively.
• Hands-on experience in equipment operation related to landscaping and irrigation tasks.
• Positive attitude & must be a team player
• Excellent communication skills on safety procedures and project requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
