Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Crewman to join our landscape crew. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the upkeep and beautification of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Help with softscape installations, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
