Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on various projects including landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction activities
• Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards
• Oversee the proper use of equipment and tools related to irrigation systems, tree care, and general maintenance
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to create a secure working environment for your crew
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to client specifications
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to update project statuses and address any concerns or adjustments needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture
• Supervising experience leading outdoor crews in landscaping or construction environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members effectively
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation
