We're hiring a second Consulting Arborist | Sales Representative because growth is upon us. A new website and marketing are on the horizon, but we're not promising you a firehose of inbound leads on day one. We're promising you a real opportunity to make impact and be heard, great compensation, and the chance to help build what comes next.

The opportunity (and the math)

With a few tweaks, we can be doing $2M+ in annual sales with our current crew, and it's a kickass crew. The reputation is there. The repeat business is there. What we need is another closer who can consult like a pro, sell like one, and isn't afraid to drum up their own business too.

A strong sales arborist in this seat should be clearing $60K+ in commissions alone, on top of base. Performance bonuses on top of that. The ceiling is yours to find, especially if you're a hunter.

What you'll actually do

• Consult with homeowners, property managers, HOA managers, and commercial clients on the best path forward for their trees
• Close the work and stay the customer's point of contact from estimate through completion
• Partner with the crew on scope, scheduling, and execution. True left-hand-knows-what-the-right-hand-is-doing collaboration.
