Responsibilities

• Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks.
• Execute tree care procedures including crown thinning, shaping, cabling, bracing, and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct rigging operations for the safe removal of large limbs or entire trees.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members.

Skills

• Proven experience in tree care, pruning, trimming, or arboriculture with growing expertise in the field.
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques for safe tree removal and limb lowering.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles related to tree health and growth management.
• Excellent physical condition with the ability to climb trees at various heights safely.
