Arborist Sales Executive

TreeServe's Kentucky operation is growing and looking for driven, knowledgeable Sales Arborists who don’t wait for opportunities—they create them. Dave Leonard Tree Specialists serves the greater Lexington, KY market since 1974 and has a strong reputation as a regional leader in Arboriculture.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, farm managers and commercial property managers, assess tree and plant health needs, and recommend solutions that protect and enhance their property. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role with strong earning potential and the opportunity to build your own book of business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct property inspections and evaluate tree and plant health
• Diagnose diseases, pest issues, and recommend proactive care solutions
• Build trust by clearly explaining findings and treatment options
• Close sales by showcasing the value and long-term benefits of Dave Leonard Tree Specialists' services
• Actively prospect, network, and generate your own opportunities
