What You’ll Do

Execute Quality Installs: Lead hands-on installation of sod, plant materials, drainage networks, and low-voltage landscape lighting systems. Manage the Field: Be the "boots on the ground" team lead—walk job sites, run quality control, and keep equipment maintained. Problem Solve: Handle staff or customer issues on the fly and turn them into wins. Lead & Train: Train your crew, keep turnover low, and ensure everything is packed and ready for the next day.
